Returns Policy

Online and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as distance selling. distance selling.

If you have purchased the product online with delivery, you must inform within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel or exchange your order. You then have another 14 days to return the goods (at your own expense) to Cameron Retail Furnishings (NI) Ltd, 23-29 Broughshane St, Ballymena BT43 6EB.

If you have ordered a product online to pick up in store you must do so within 7 days after receiving notification that your order is completed.

At Camerons Ballymena we are committed to selling only high quality products however we understand that there may be occasions when you need to exchange or return an item.

We will be willing to refund or offer an exchange on products which are returned to us in a re-sellable condition, unused, free from defects and with all the original packaging intact, provided they are returned within 14 days from the date of online purchase.

There are some products by reason of their nature and for health and hygiene standards which we are not able to accept for a refund or exchange these include:

  • Gift cards.
  • Bedding this includes mattresses, mattress toppers or protectors, duvets, pillows and massage cushions.
  • Inflatable Beds
  • Hosiery and Underwear.
  • Cosmetic goods including make-up and perfume.
  • Ear rings
  • Any product which has been specially made to order.

Exceptions will only be made at the discretion of the management if the item is unopened, remains sealed in the original packaging or if the item is found to be faulty or defective.

If a refund has been requested it will be processed using the means of payment used for the original transaction.


Goods purchased in store may be returned in exchange for other goods of equal or greater value, or gift card within 7 days of purchase. Items returned must be in original condition and fit for re-sale, accompanied by sales receipt showing proof of purchase. We ask that returns of products bought in-store are returned to the department they were originally purchased from. Sale items and Christmas decorations are not eligible for exchange or return. All returns will be at management’s discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
